Great place for students

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 1999
 
This place was great. I don't know if Ernie still works there, but a great landlord. We had a horrible downstairs neighbor, and he moved us to a better part of the complex, no questions asked. It was a great time there, and its not too far from campus.
