Stillwater has horrible options for renting apartments, but westbrook is the best. The renters are mostly relaxed and quiet, it's not a place to have parties. The rates are reasonable and there is decent bus service to OSU. The managers are helpful, honost and direct. The repairperson might be late though, and they like to spray for bugs a lot, though I don't ever have bug problems. Crime is low, and the laundry facilities are adequate. The grounds are unkept as is everything in town.
