I have lived at Westbrook for almost a year. It is decent for what you pay. Rent isn't too bad, in a nice area and it is quiet with plenty of parking. They allow pets so be careful because when we moved in the carpets smelled like dog urine and they still do from time to time when it gets really hot despite the numerous times we have shampooed and cleaned them. There is problem with maintentance. I had to call every week for four months to get my dishwasher replaced because the old one was broken. Some of the other requests for maintenance we made just never ever got fixed. Bedrooms are ok size and Electric bill is CHEAP!! Sometimes in the winter though we would not have any hot water in the shower. We live on the top and the floors squeak so bad that the people below us moved to the top floor as well. Other then squeaky floors you cannot hear your neighbors.Oh yeah and since this is one of the few decent apartment complexes in stillwater that allows dogs EVERYBODY here has a dog and they let their dogs crap ALL OVER THE PLACE!!! Watch your step on any grassy area if you live here!! It's gross!!
