I have lived in Westbrook for almost 2 years, and I'm moving out because I'm moving to another state. I find the management mostly OK to work with. Sometimes they are frustrating in trying to get something fixed. I live on the bottom floor and the neighbors upstairs sound like they are bowling all the time because it is so loud. I do realize that is just what happens when you live in an apartment, so I've never complained about it. WB has about the cheapest rent in town for the size. Large bedrooms and a huge kitchen are a plus. Oh, and electricity is low! Over the last year, I've averaged about $45-50 a month. It is not, by any means, a nice place to live, but it could be worse.
