I have lived here for 4 months, and have enjoyed my experience so far. The management seems nice, and I haven't had any trouble with the response time of maintenance. I live in an upstairs unit and the living room floor is very squeaky. The kitchen is very large and has quite a bit of cabinet space. The AC for upstairs is lacking (left thermostat on 65 degrees for it to feel like 75). I called about the problem, but they said that's just how the upstairs A/C's are. The place looks descent and you get a lot of room for the price! It's a quiet place to live, and there was actually a unit that had to leave because of the EXCESSIVE LOUD noise they constantly had blaring, so that was nice!
