-Leasing office received renovation, but don t let it fool you. Not all of the apartments are up to this standard.
- All buildings received new roofs in April 2009.
- Currently apartments are slowly being renovating with new countertops, appliances, and flooring. Not all apartments have been reached.
- The pool area just received a new deck surface and a taller fence.
- Landscape around the complex is awful. Grass needs to be reseeded.
- Pet owners need to keep their animals on leashes and pick up after their animals.
- Maintenance is going around and painting doors, railings, and stairs.
- Laundry facility is dirty mainly because people don t put their lent in the trash. Also, dyers are in poor condition, they don t dry your clothes consistently.
- Weather changes often in Oklahoma. A frustrating issue that you will encounter is with the furnace and A/C. Management controls when you receive heat or air conditioning.
- The plumbing design is terrible in the apartment complex and is the ultimate weakest point. If someone uses the cold water in the building by turning on a faucet or flushing a toilet, YOU GET SCALDED IN THE SHOWER!
-Maintenance is fairly good if you can file a request. Their system is not managed well and communication is poor. They don t always check voicemail or e-mail and they don t let you know when they have entered your apartment.
- Electric is very cheap on this side of town with CREC. I average around $40-50.
- There are no carports to protect your vehicle from hail or sun.
- Lots of counterpace and cabinet space in the kitchen.
- There is not a lot of storage in the apartment.

I am newly enrolled with the OKState University. Even though this place is almost 3 miles from the univerity, would you recommend me this place to live for next two years? How is the security around Westbrook?

Improvements are being made to the look of the complex. Security is very good and you are closer to the wealthier side of town. Very good price for rent and cost of living.
