Don't be trusting enough to think that what is stated, verbal contract or not, will necessarily be what will actually take place. I was run around in circles from the time that I moved in until, especially, the time that I moved out. Nothing panned out, nothing was upfront or representative of what was discussed, etc., etc., etc.
