I have been living at Wicklow Apartments for 2-3 months. I am a student at OSU and the apartment is very convenient. The OSU bus even picks me up just a half block from the apartments and drops me off on the campus. I looked at many apartments before deciding on Wicklow. They are older apartments with flat roofs but the inside was clean, the carpets were clean, and the grounds are kept nicely. The exterior of the apartments are nice too. I have had two maintenance requests and they were taken care of pretty quick, one even on a weekend. The manager is new since I moved in but she seems very personable and genuinely caring about me as a tenant. The rental rates are some of the cheaper in the city.
