I've enjoyed living at Wicklow. I've never had problems with parking and its one of the few places I could find where I could have a dog. They are honest about the contracts and good about paperwork.

However, be careful which apartment you pick out. My boyfriend's apt was awful when they moved in and even though they said they would fix it, they never did. It smells and is missing electrical jacks. I've also had problems with getting maintenance done in a decent amount of time. But its cheap and I figure you get what you pay for.
