At Wicklow you get what you pay for. Its pretty cheap especially compared to some places like the Links or the Reserves.
Good things:
*Lots of space for the money
*Neighbors are courteous
*Bus stops at Braums
*They spray for bugs every couple of months so thats not a problem
*When maintenance comes they do actually fix whats broken
*Parking is almost never a problem
Bad things:
*Maintenance is SLOW. You have to complain at least twice to get anything fixed
*Grounds are not kept up (there's a light pole that has been knocked over for 2 months now with nobody fixing it)
*The sidewalks are really pretty dangerous. They tried to fix them but just made it worse
*We've had five managers in two years...
Overall I like it and am only leaving because I'm graduating. Hope this helps.
