Good - Lived here for two years now, one year in the newer phase and the other in an older phase because I wanted a pet. Never had a problem with the staff or people not coming out to fix something in due time. Both the apartments I've had were very reasonably priced and really nice inside for the money. Consistent Cockroach Problem and Mold. Monticello village has a cockroach infestation. Although they do continuously have pest services out to spray, it never once has killed them all off. Shower and bathroom vents have mold inside of them, probably because of the upstairs toilet that leaks
