I lived in Pleasant View 3 different times which equated to about 2 1/2 years. Overall, it wasn't that bad. I was put in the back of the complex, in the newer apartments, it is where they stick most of the younger college-student-types. It would get a little rowdy out there some nights during the summer. When I moved in that area was only a couple years old, so we were lucky. Since then, they have degraded some, and the maintanance hasn't been kept up as well as it should.

I loved the assigned parking spots

I'd reccommend Pleasant View in Tahlequah, as there are not many other choices if you want a nice apartment to live in. But request one in the back of the complex, since they're newer.
