Im 22, lived here for 6mos and overall its nice. Maintenance is prompt when you call, grounds are always mowed (usually at 7am right outside my window, what a wake up) I truly believe your neighbors will determine your stay. I live in the back complex downstairs in a 1 br and i have never had noisier neighbors. Their stairway is inside the building, so its right behind my head when im sitting on my couch. They stomp up and down every time, and usually slam the door. If my tv is off, which it usually is for studying or going to bed, I can hear the guy pee down to the last drop and slam the lid. Not kidding at all. Overall opinion of apt complex good, if you have considerate neighbors. Most college/young people are not and I cant wait to move.
