We lived here for 6 months. It was always loud. Our neighbors to the right and below us were always throwing parties. It was just like a very expensive dorm. One time we had a guy (drunk no less) wave a gun around after shooting a hole in the floor of his friend's Mustang. Lots of stupid loud college kids here.
