Where should I start. The first floor apartments flood when it rains. The landlord not only does not care about the floods when the inside rugs got wet he did not have them not cleaned properly and now there is a mold problem. The lighting in the parking lot is awful and several tenants have had their vehicles vandalized. The heating and air conditioning systems are old, rusty and barely work. If you want a hot shower, forget it because it is not happening. The walls are so thin that you will know everything your neighbors are up to and they will know what you are doing.
