Nice place - We have been here almost a year. Chris and Irna the managers respond very quickly to ANY and ALL complaints. I had heard it used to be a problem as most the residents were partying college students but many of those have had to move out as management just does not allow it. NOT THE BEST PLACE TO LIVE, BUT NOT THE WORST IT'S A NICE PLACE TO LIVE, BUT NOTHING SPECIAL AND THE ONE BEDROOMS ARE EXTREMELEY SMALL. THE OFFICE IS QUITE UNORGANIZED AND WHEN THERE IS A PROBLEM THEY TAKE A WHILE TO FIX IT. MAINTENANCE ISSUES ARE USUALLY TAKEN CARE OF AFTER A FEW TRIES

Avoid!!! When I moved into Cedar Ave apartments my buddy and I signed a 12 month lease. They seemed to be nice apartments, so we were pretty pumped up. It was a 2 bedroom for $450/month.
After awhile we started to realize how cheaply built the apartments were. I mean they were falling apart.
