The only complaint is if your on the third floor during the summer the apartment just does not stay cool enough for me I had the ac on the lowest temp but stayed around 82 to 85 degrees during the day and was paying alot on my electric bill. Third floor gets HOT during the summer - It's a really nice place. Great place to live! - Front office staff knows all residents by name. Free laundry fascilities in basement. Pool well kept but hot tub left uncovered so not really hot. I always felt very safe at all hours. Underground/covered gated parking is a real plus!! Just across from the river with a beautiful walking trail just completed!!
