I have never liked Case, but let me tell you, they are a dream compaired to these RUDE, HATEFUL, MELICIOUS, MORONIC people!!! Count your lucky stars if you get to talk to Ruth or Tammy.
Shoot yourself if you have to talk to Sherri or Britni! These people don't have the first clue about customer service! The apartment was surprisingly big for what I was expecting.
However, the place wasn't clean enough for barn yard animals when I moved in! Don't go outside if you aren't armed or looking for a drug deal.
The grounds are NASTY and they lease to anything that's moving...........background check my ---!!! A max.
security prison has more reputable people than this does.
Maintenance is a HUGE joke.
Their too busy getting involved with the drug deals.
To anyone who is even considering this place.........you will be safer and cleaner living on the street.

I am thankfull that you feal the same way that I do about ASC.
I lived at Abbey Road and they were as rude to me then as they are to you in your story.
that's another on that I want to have burned all of ASC propertys.
I just want Tulsa to be hit with an A bomb.
I agree with you about the MAX Security Prision has more Reputable folks than that ---- HOLE DOSE working and living there.

i agree very much with you i have expierenced this first hand how rude hatful and stupid managment can be only thing that is a plus is that the people who run the store is just as sweet as they can be.

I moved to the addison apartments from out of state, rented it online and boy was I fooled. They looked nice, the lady I talked to was helpful then I got there and I was afraid to get out of the uhaul. Went in the office and the lady was rude and like blind to what was going on around her. There were people selling and smoking crack in the stair wells, I had clothes stolen out of the dryer and what pushed it over the edge is that I was vacuuming my 4 year olds closet before putting a toy box in there and found a syringe that had been used in the edge of the closet. When I went to complain they acted like no big deal. I was extremely upset and moved asap.

You'r all idiots!!! you want a 5 star apartment complex? Look somewhere else!!! I lived at The Addison Apartments for 5 years and just moved about 4 months ago and never had a problem! If i had a maintnance issue it would get resolved in no time! The only reason i moved was because i bought a house, otherwise i would have loved to expand my family and for them to grow at The Addison Apartments!!! And about the staff, sweet as they can be! That young lady Adriana in the front desk, is as helpful and kind as can be! and for what i saw the 5 years that i lived there, alot of the tenants are very respectful to Ms. Connie. They made us feel right at home!!!
