Over the course of one year, I had to deal with vehicle break-ins almost every single night, noisy neighbors, mold, insect infestation, problems with appliances and a general feeling of not being in a safe place for my family. The apartments look decent from afar, and the surrounding area looks safe, but I would certainly not recommend this apartment under any circumstances. The office staff was not helpful at all in helping resolve any of the above issues. The property management is not on site, but rather, an obscure development company based in San Diego,CA and are absolutely a pain to deal with. Do not expect your phone calls to be returned. I would encourage anyone who reads this to thoroughly research your prospective apartments, and steer clear of any that do not advertise their management company or do not have on-site management. If safety and value are your priority, then steer clear of Alexis Park.
