I was a previous employee of Alexis Park and still aquainted with the management. I have never seen a bug infestation on the property in the last 13 years. The only apartments with roaches were those that were brought in by the resident. They did have a carpenter ant situation after the landscaping was replaced a few years ago but this was dealt with. The management is and always has been on site. Not any properties in Tulsa that I know of that the Management company itself is on the property. It is obvious that the review was that of a disgruntled person more than more than likely was asked to leave because management is not tolerant of dirty, noisy residents and have very strict guidelines on the collection of rents. This is a small park like property with many long term residents some have been there for 20 years some 13 or more etc.... They are not big on resident retention parties, but do take care of the property and update the units to meet or beat the area comp. More of a quite single mother or older reteiree residential property than a swinging singles party place. This is where my mother lives and feels safe and has never experienced a situation that has not been addressed properly. ALL properties especially these older properties are going to experience some issues. I have not seen any issue with the way that these things are dealt with. If someone was calling San Diego to avoid management they were more than likely answered by on site management which has been in place for 13 years and corporate contact was not found to be appropriate. My mother, her friends and nieghbors all Love Alexis park and recommend it highly if you are clean, quite, and responsible. Thank You, Friend of Residents and Management

This review doesn't reflect the current community any more. I'm moving out tomorrow. This is a terrible place to stay. The staff is friendly to you only when you're going to rent.
