I have had my car window smashed in two different incidents and my non-functioning CD player stolen. Everyone on this end of the complex woke up to find their two front tires slashed a week ago. A week later, there were MORE slashed tires. I had my 2nd set of tires replaced yesterday only to find that they've been slashed AGAIN this morning. That makes three sets of tires!

The rather rude, uncooperative, and irritable hag at the management office states that "there is nothing we can do". Does evicting your residents because they cannot pay for vandalism repairs AND rent sound like a nice alternative' Have fun managing your unlivable apartment complex, soulless old crone.

The place appears to be safe and most of the neighbors are rather quiet, but don't be fooled - this area (41st & 129th, any farther north gets WORSE) is a complete hellhole. Read reviews for Brandywine, Observation Point, Polo Run...

On second thought, if you could afford paying to fix your stupid car every time it got broken into (which will be frequently), you probably wouldn't be living here. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
