The apartments themselves are in good condition for the value. But there have been some vandalisms of vehicles in the parking lot, including my car which had the passenger window knocked out and the radio stolen. Also the maintenance men can be a little slow to get the job done and the ladies in the office can come off as rude and unhelpful. In current years, the area has become somewhat unsafe with crime rates increasing due to the ample rent houses and apartment complexes in close proximity with many lower income families moving into the area.

I made the above post but forgot to include that the entire apartment building I'm in is also infested with cockroaches which I can honestly say weren't brought there by me. They crawl out of the woodwork.
