30/70 From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/16/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I would say 30% good, 70% bad. In the last year things have definately gone downhill. The toilet runs constantly, and the AC has been "fixed" twice. I don't believe it's the management that ruins the place. It's definately the tenants. In the last 6 months, large numbers of unemployed minorites have moved in. When the parking lot is full at 10 am on a Tuesday... you don't want to live there. Our cars have not been broken into, but it's definately a concern. The ladies have always been nice and helpful. The washer and dryer in unit is a big plus. There is a large degree of parking lot noise and dog ---- in the grass. There is also a LARGE bird problem. Do NOT park your car under a tree or it will be covered. There are better places in Tulsa for the money. Keep looking.
