The management is rude and unhelpful especially when it comes to maintance. THe maintaince guy there can barley bend because he's so obese to fix anything. I have had many problems and can't wait for my lease to expire. Not to mention the apartments have roaches,fleas,and mice!

Yes Folks, Alexis Park IS a dump, and it's situated in a danger zone of Tulsa, but we're living in a turd world nation now, where there is no escape from insecurity. However, even on a dirtbag planet, you can still demand fairness from your landlord, so if you want action, ignore the trash collecting your rent, and contact the corporate office of the property management company, or the land owner directly.

good luck contacting the corporate office - they will just ignore your calls and hang you out to dry when it comes to correcting the mistakes that they have made. they do not care about the residents at all! the corporate office is the main problem there other than the lady in the office who does nothing but eat potato chips and yak on the phone all day- good luck getting her to even try and get you help with any thing even if your door wont lock ac wont work or you dont have any electric you may as well just find a maintenace guy yourself she will forget to tell them or pretend that she didnt hear you....
