maint sucks From: shouldastayedhome31 Date posted: 2/26/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008 1 response   apt is huge,but management sucks.its been 6 managers and 4 assistant managers in the complex within the last year,replaced maintenence several times.you have to call and complain several times before they come to fix anything.air conditioning went out several times last summer and had to suffer in the heat for two weeks before they came out.
