The only good reviews done on here have to be done by the staff, cause this place has went from being a good place to live to the worst. People deal drugs in front of the apartment and on the corners throw beer bottles if u try and take a night walk with say perhaps your dog. Maintnance SUCKS!!! For months now they have not been fixing anything it seems like they've just been collecting money and making excuses. Almost bi-weekly we get a new staff member. The manager is rude! She sits down at the office talking on the phone with her kids or family eating. When you call to make a complaint all u get from them is "welcome to the apartment world." If you do move out here u better hope u get a good apartment cause maintnance will not come out and fix anything! I don't know what happened here this use to be a nice place to live!

i don't ever remember these apartment being a good place to live. the maintnance personel arent trained nore do the have the experience to fix anything. and whats with them coming into out apartments all the time for no reason. i got so fed up i called and asked who owned the apartments the refused to tell me. so i searched on the net for 2 days. the owners are called THE TIPTON GROUP. i talked to a woman named kay tatershall. she is uppose to be the area manager. but i just got off there website on the new person name is BRYAN KERNS. his phone number is 972 378-5360. or email him at bkerns@tipton group.com
