Bad office staff and maintance

I lived there last year my tub leaked and caused a hole in the ceiling and it took them from aug til oct to fix it. then when they did they half did it. The parking lot is a nightmare there are big wholes the owners of that complex does not care and the apartment at all.

NEW OWNERS AND NEW MANAGEMENT!!! It's true the past owners didn't care about the property or the people but the new owners have begun renovations that are scheduled to be completed by spring/summer of 2007. The new management is sooooooo much better than the previous it's amazing how much cleaner the property looks so I'm anxious to see it next summer!
