NEW OWNERS AND MANAGEMENT

I'm excited about the new management. The property already looks so much cleaner than it did. The old management was a nightmare and they let the property go. I found out recently that the new owners are planning major renovations that will be completed in spring/summer of 2007!! The area is great and we're so excited to see the much needed changes. The improvements include: new siding/stone and exterior paint; parking lot repaired (so glad this is happening); landscaping; pool and clubhouse updates. Thank GOD!
