This apartment is cheap for a reason. it took them over a month to fix a hot water leak... HOT WATER meanin a 150 dollar electric bill when it shouldnt have been more than 30. They tried to say i never told them when i told then 4 times and 2 of those times were on tha SAME day!! Since they did eventually fix it ... my boyfriend has had to refix it twice. they never come out for things to be fixed until they see it and then act like u didnt report it so they can charge u. The manager Karen is twofaced and a druggie. Her and one of the mainteniece man have been seen sittin together in cars smoking with the windows up and I know some1 that says he sold her meth. As for the apartments the grounds flood when it rains and the landing at the top of the stairs on most units is broke away and holds water for days after it rains. Ive been personally assured by Karen that this would be fixed more than once over 5 months ago and they fixed one on a dif building since them. Also. Can u Say JOESAPT''' THEIR ROACH PROBLEM IS OUTTA CONTROL!! WHEN I MOVED IN I WOULD FREAK OVER 1 AND MAKE THEM COME SPRAY... THEY SPRAYED AT LEAST 10 TIMES IN MY FIRST 3 MONTHES. THEY FINALLY TOLD ME THAT THE FOGGERS WOULD QUIT WORKIN CUZ THE ROACHES WERE GETTING IMMUNE!!! EVENUALLY I ONLY SAW THEM 1 OR 2 A MONTH..... NOW THEY ARE SO BAD I SAW AN ALBINO!!!!!! I MEAN AN ALBINO ROACH!! THEY ARE SO BAD I'VE EVEN SEEN THEM OUTSIDE AND THE EXTERMINATOR TOLD ME THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST COMPLEXES HE'S EVER SEEN. What else do u need to know. That would be enough for me.

oh look i know what your talking about that karen is a bad druggie and her maint is scared to say any thing because when they evict someone they get to go through all there stuff and sell or keep it recently she traded a big screen for meth and my neighbor was laughing cant wait to move
