Ashwood Apartments

Very happy here. From: Lumerai Date posted: 12/24/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   We have really like it here. This is the first complex where I actually feel safe walking around. I've never seen anything suspicious which I usually do at other complexs. All my neighbors are nice and friendly. Deborah and Mona are great. We were living in the The Falls and our sewage backed up. The Ashwood said we would need to wait a week because the former residents didn't turn in the keys in time. But when I called them back and told them our situation they put a rush on it and got us in our apartment on the original day planned, and they put in new carpet in just a few days time. They really maintain the place usally when I got to tell them something is wrong the maintence men are there in minutes. The applainces are outdated but the all wrok great. Parking is difficult late at night but its not a big deal. I'd recommend this place to anyone.
