I have lived in Ashwood for a year and would DEFINITELY STAY FOREVER if I were not moving to another state. The management is wonderful, the maintenance is prompt and great, the grounds are kept clean and well-managed. I think this is truly an undiscovered jewel! I can't believe there is not a waiting list for this complex!! This complex is privitely owed and you can tell the difference in how the management pampers the complex and the residents!!! The parking is ample, the pool is always clean, there is no crime problem, neighbors get to know each other and look out for each other!! There is not a noise problem. This is a true jewel in Tulsa apartments!!
