I just renewed my lease for another year! I haven't felt more at home since I lived with my parents =). The office staff have been great at responding to any matters in a timely fashion. I have read some of the negative reviews on here and I have to say I strongly disagree. Please read ALL the reviews for Ashwood (this means the good ones, too). I recommend this property to any friends looking for an apartment. Some of them would be living here now if there wasn't a waiting list. Being a single female living alone, I feel very safe here as well. I read the security reports and nothing major ever goes on here. If you are considering this complex to call your home, the security reports are on display in the office...read them. I personally wouldn't live anywhere else.
p.s. Thanks to the staff for keeping such great grounds! The landscaping is superb!

I am the owner of Ashwood. At the time of this response 16 people had rated Ashwood. 4 of the 16 are negative. Ask our staff about all ratings if you visit our property. Ashwood is not the place for you if you are a party animal. However, you will love it if you are looking for a quiet, well maintained place to live with a staff dedicated to high quality service.
