security sucks. management blows. My neighbor was treated like sh-- by management. terrible situation you will be in if you move here. my neighbor bought new furniture and i helped him move it in. as we were moving out old furniture we looked down the sidewalk and the manager was standing with her hands on her hips being nosey as if he was skipping on my list. it took a few days for him to get his new furniture and heard that same nosey manager was asking another tenent if she knew what was going on with my friend and then walked unannounced into his apartment to see what was going on. there were several occasions i had to call back to have repairs done on an apt. then there was crackheads knowcking on my door late at night to use phone. highly UNRECOMMENDED`

I am the owner of the Ashwood Apartments. I placed this response to urge folks looking for an apartment in our part of Tulsa to shop around and then decide what is best for them. You can find an apartment in Ashwood's market area for less money, but we believe you cannot find one that is better maintained. Ashwood will not be the place for you if you are a party person who will have a lot of late night guest. In addition, you can count on us collecting for damages to your unit if you trash the place while you are living there. For those of you who are apartment shopping, you should know Ashwood is almost always near full occupancy. We have terrific tenants who like the way of life they find at Ashwood. We are not perfect, but we try our best to give our tenants value for their money.

This apartment is so samall you can barely turn around. We had a manager selling cocaine out of the office, a manager, cleaning lady and maintenance man were caught on camera going though my neibors apatment. I mean drawer and everything without their knowledge. I would not trust anyone including the management (who just happends to be the next Joe Shmow who happen to move in when she needed a manager. These people have no idea what they are doing and the place is a crap hole. They slab a new coat of paint and clean the carpets...That it! No new carpet, No padding under carpet and ghetto ass employees. I actually saw one of the managers assult a man in the parking lot!!
