We have lived here for a year now, and the apartment itself hasn't been that bad. We have only had a few problems with the maintenance and they have been resolved quickly. There was a pipe in the middle of one of there courtyards that was overflowing up to the ground that was a sewage pipe. It dumped toilet paper and other nice presents out in the courtyard. It stayed that way for over a month. It is the neighborhood around here that is bad. We have had one of our cars stolen and they found it a couple of blocks away (thanks to a nice lady that reported them trying three times to park it perfect). We have also had an obscene guy body part drawn on one of are cars. Several of our neighbors have had there cars broken into also. The neighbors can be noisey but are respectful if you complain, well at least are neighbors are. The management has no part in making them quiet you have to knock on there door yourself. I dont know if i would recommend it or not. I have read alot of reviews of other apartments and this one does not sound like the worst, but we are moving out as soon as possible.
