Avondale is located in a great spot in Tulsa.

There is everything convenient you may be looking for.

Wal-Mart, QuikTrip, Dollar General, you name it! It is a great location.

Perfect for all of those college, business, family, or retired types!

The staff is incredible! The ladies in the office, Ellen, Dena, and Karen always go out of their way to take care of me.

I can call and they immediately take care of anything I am needing.

Al, Jeremy, and Matt, the maintenance are also wonderful.

There is not a service issue they cannot repair in a timely manner.

As with any apartment community you are going to have neighbors, and you have to see it isn't like living in a home.

There are going to sometimes be problems, but the overall experience is a really good one.

I know that my family always enjoys coming to visit me here.

They have a great trail for my dogs to walk along, and everyone is always smiling.

I would recommend living at Avondale to anyone.
