I actually think that you get more for the price.

Idk what everyone else paid for rent, but I compared it to other places that I'd lived at w/ about the same rent (if not higher), and this one is better than the those.

Now, rent could have gone down all of a sudden right when I moved in, but idk.

Idk why everyone is seeing so much crime.

when I lived here, I was young and in college...

would get back or even leave at odd hours of the night and I don't see a soul out there...

no suspicious activity of any kind.
