If you're desperate for housing, or in need of a temporary arrangement, Avondale will do, but if you're looking for a home, KEEP LOOKING.

Management's only goals are collecting rent and protecting its own incompetence.They don't care about anything else here, except quitting time, so don't let the favorable reviews fool you.Chances are better than good that those reviews were concocted by their own office staff, and not former residents like us.You can do better anyway.
