Well, all the negative reviews concerning the management is absolutely correct.
All they seem to care about is getting their money for rent.
It surely isn't fixing problems.
I have called over and over about things that need to be fixed, they come in, do nothing, write note, "ordering parts" and you never hear from them again.
It's really a shame how this is here.
Avondale is a good location to getting onto main streets, Walmart, etc.
Crime is scary here.
Noise level' OMG!!!!! Terrible.
Especially people who don't give a flip and talk outside at ALL HOURS of the night and keep you awake or worse than that....WAKE YOU UP and you can't go back to sleep.
No security patrol either.
I will be outta here soon...............
