I rented at Avondale I was I was seeking an inexpensive apartment that was also a safe place to live. I also needed a quiet place to live so that I could sleep days due to working 3rd shift at that time; and there was no problem sleeping days here.
The staff have Professionalism, knowledge, helpfulness, and overall in my opion the best service level.
And it has been my experience that the Staff really have their act together! And are Obviously committed to delivering Great service to residents.
I give them all 5 Stars. I really like the Manager she is very nice, very helpful and very honest. The Manager even worked with me when I had become unemployed, I found her terms very reasonable. I am just giving my honest opion as one who has lived at Avondale Apartments.
It has been a very decent apartment community, and my neighbors all seemed to be somewhat friendly. As for crime surrounding the area, I did not notice much going on. There was never a word about anybody getting broken into whether it be car or apartment; and I have seen Security drive through the community as well as the Police and thats a very good feeling of safety for me.
This is not a brand new building, and if you want better you will have to pay more. However seeing the economy we are living in, this was the best for my money! If you're in a pinch, it's The Best for low cost Apartment living.
The only reason I am moving out is, I'm getting Married and my wife to be has a home.
