management sucks! trashy residents.

maintenance people have B.O!!!!!!!! office is never open! you literally see police like every hour parolling around there looking for somebody or have somebody hand cuffed.

gangs all the time in and out.

loud music in cars every weekend.

didnt even feel safe taking dog out cuz I didnt know if i was gonna get mugged or not.

one night me and wife were asleep and all the sudden somebody was trying to bust down our door trying to get in then when i got upand looked out of balcony they took off running.

sally trys to run avondale and another apartment community and never has time to be concerned with what we were goin through.

only in office like once a week! DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT PLACE AT ALL!!!! feel very safe now we are out of there!!!!!!
