If you have allergies, don't move here! Mold has overcome the place. It's visible to the naked eye after it shows itself thru the paint they cover it up with before you move in. The ants are a never ending problem and I've ended up taking them with me after moving. I had to move within the complex after the ceiling was caving in. The apt I moved to floods! The drainage is so poor that when there's a heavy rain the water just comes on in. It's not an isolated problem in the complex. Be sure to take out renter's floor insurance. If you live upstairs be prepaired, there isn't a rail to catch yourself if you should slip! I know this for fact. Pay attention to detail! Forget about cheap utilities because the windows are so thin you can hear every conversation outside and feel the breeze. Neighbors were stapling plastic to the outside of patio doors so they could stay warm. Promises to fix things were usually broken and I had the same problem with the wallpaper replacement. Never happened. The security gates are a joke! Everytime it rains you can't get in with your code. Zaps the system! So, take an umbrella for the walk. Oh, and one more thing --you'll need to be able to speak spanish, it's now a little Mexico. It's pretty common there to see 5 or more people in one apt. now. It's illegal.
