I, too, was attracted by the exterior of this complex. The apartments were spacious, if older, and I moved in with the promise that any wallpaper I didn't like I could have removed. I've now been here nearly two months. The second day--as I began to unpack--I discovered ants in any box that had been sitting on the floor. I had ants in every room in my apartment: in my clothes, in my food, inside the water reserve of my iron, even on me when they flocked to a towel I had hung up to dry. When I got out of the shower and went to dry off, I had ants in my hair and on my body. I was furious. They sprayed and baited, but the ants wouldn't budge. Additionally, I have found roaches as well. They have never changed the wallpaper, and while the management staff is pleasant, they have never managed to fix even the simple things--like replacing the missing cover on my bathroom light.

Also, last weekend, my neighbor got broken into and her car stolen.

Take my advice: Don't even think about this place. I'm moving two months after moving in.
