Ridiculous... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/4/2004 Years at this apartment: 1997 - 1998   I lived at this complex in 1998. Sounds like it may have gotten worse than it was back then. Anyway... After my original lease expired, I decided I wanted a 1st floor apartment. On the last day of my original lease, I went to sign the new lease for my NEW first floor apartment. Signed the lease and took ownership of the new apartment. When I went inside to view the apartment, I found water damage and roaches. In addition, the wallpaper was hanging off the wall. The carpets were not cleaned, etc. I went to the office and refused to move into this apartment. They had already leased my apartment, therefore, I had nowhere to go. I was disgusted and decided to move elsewhere. Now.. 6 years later, I have found an entry on my credit report for breaking the lease. Can you believe that'''!'!'!'
