Bad Management and unsafe place to live. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/16/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Management at Barcelona is very poor. They do not care about tenants, and the security at the complex is very bad. Ive seen people totally destroy their own apartment, and management just looks the other way. Some tenants have pit bulls at their apartments. My car along with several other cars were broken into. I cannot say it enough, please do not live at Barcelona or any other apartment that is runned by Case Management. They do not care about anything but your rent check!
