I lived here for 6 months, and generally had a good experience.
Pros: The apartment was nice and spacious, and pretty well kept up for being an older complex. It's a good location, right by I-44 and LaFortune across the street. My neighbors were nice, and the office staff did a decent job. I never had any complaints/problems/issues with anyone that lived there. The apartment complex itself is really cute. I love the archways. There's a security gate, covered parking, mailboxes located by your door, and a nice pool.
Cons:
The covered parking was poorly built, with little room left to open your car door. The security gates don't work half the time. Like someone else said, they're either stuck shut or open. Many of the apartments have a high occupancy. A lot of families live there, but they were on a different side of the unit, so I wasn't personally bothered. The pool is used by people after hours all the time. The office staff changed almost every time I went in there. If you're on the bottom floor, the balcony above you isn't solid so your upstairs neighbor will no doubt drop things down onto your patio.
Overall, it's a pretty decent place to live. The price is pretty good, the apartments are spacious, and I wouldn't mind living there again.
