This is the worst apartment I have ever lived at. As a recent college grad I am used to noisy, dirty apartments but nothing compares to Barcelona. I could write a book about how awful this complex is, nothing gets fixed untill the staff gets tired of you calling and complaining. I will not be renewing my lease and will never rent from Case and associates again.

What is the source of the noise? Is it younger people? Traffic? Can you elaborate on the apartments being "dirty"? I put in an application about a week ago. Any more advice would help. Thanks!

I live there right now, the noise level isn't too bad expect for the people who leave their dogs on their patios all night that constantly bark. But it took calling 3 times a day for 3 weeks for them to come fix some major safety issues with my apartment. Since we all know how flamable these apartments are (ie, the arsons and animals chewing through wires causing some apts to catch on fire) you would think that they would be a little more concerned about issues that could be hazardous... I can't wait until my lease is up. Its a great floorplan, just crappy management and outdated with everything on the inside.

Can you be specific about safety issues, thought not. You probably couldn't afford to live there or had a dirty apartment yourself. Most hazards come from bad tennants. With the regular inspections Case requires of their properties the only hazards present are tennant related. I bet if we checked your file the only complaints we'd find would be against you.

thats funny that case employees are trying to argue online about complaints. Hey at least I know now what there doing at work, cause it sure as hell isn't providing even mediocre service

Kim is a nice lady. However, she has to answer to Case Mgmt. Case (Jennifer) is a royal queen "b"... fill in the blank. In my opinion, Case is a fascist organization. Don't trust their word. Barcelona OWNERS, whoever they might be, need to resume their own management of their own property. Maybe things would approve . Case, in my opinion, is nothing more than a monopolistic crime ring who fixes prices and walks over anyone they think they can walk over.
