I was speaking with some neighbors this evening and found out about this website and how so many people had bad things to say about Barcelona. Well, don't listen to them! I've lived here at Barcelona for almost a year and I will be renewing my lease next month! Barcelona is quiet, safe, great location, Case and Associates is a GOOD management company, and just an all-around nice place to live. I've met some great people here some of whom are very long term residents. My apartment is very spacious and I love the charm of this place. People can say bad things about a lot of places but you usually only hear from the ones that aren't happy. My neighbors and I decided that people should hear from people that are HAPPY! Wouldn't trade living here for anything.
