I Have lived at Barcelona for 6 years, and in that time I had troubles with flooding. It used to be a horrifying experience when it rained, and periodically my building would back up, but in the last year the maintenance team has been steadily improving. This spring I only got wet once and not only was the problem fixed in record time, but the proffesionalism and willingness of the head maintenance guy was nothing short of outstanding. Kudos to Case & Assoc. you better keep this guy around.
