Barcelona has been a great place to live.
I love coming home to my apartment that overlooks the beautiful park across the street.
The staff is always more than accomodating and friendly and I always feel like I'm a part of a family here.
I always recommend Barcelona to my friends who are looking for a place to call home.

Obviously posted by management or staff. Apartment overlooking the beautifull park? More like overlooking the exhaust fumes from Yale and the repetitive sirens from St. Frances every ten minutes. Oh and don't forget about the fire station a half mile the other direction. If this staff makes you feel like family then you grew up in the most disfunctional, incompetent home in the Northern hemisphere.

I agree that this was posted by mgmt. That should tell you what you need to know, right there! It's about Marketing and Receiving Rent Checks; not keeping residents satisfied.
The manager, Kim, is nice. However, she does not really have the authority of a manager. She has to answer to those people from Case. You don't want to deal with them.
The park across the street is LaFortune -- what I call the "ugly" region (looks like Alaskan Tundra). It is not really visible to any apartment along the west side of the complex. Maybe with binoculars -- if you can see it around the obstructions -- buildings, cars, ambulances, and super-busy 6-lane super-street known as Yale.
