I just want to say that Kim, the manager at Barcelona, is top notch. She is always very helpful and friendly and makes sure that business gets taken care of. Every time I see her she says hello to me, calls me by my name, and asks me how everything is going. I see her treat other residents with kindness as well. She has made an improvement at Barcelona and those of us that know her hope that she stays around for quite a long time.
